    ii) At least 15 years of experience in the Grade of Lecturer (Senior Scale)/ Lecturer OR 8 years experience in the Grade of Reader OR 5 years experience in the Grade of Professor along with experience of conducting University Examinations OR Comparable experience in Research Establishment and / or other Institutions of higher education or 15 years of administrative experience out of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post in the scale of Rs. 12000-18300.
    iii)  Should have good knowledge of working on Computers.

    i)  Master degree in Library science/ information science/ documentation with at least 55%  of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record;
    ii)  At least thirteen years as Deputy Librarian in a University library or eighteen years’ experience as a College Librarian.
    iii) Evidence of innovative Librarian service and organisation of published work.
    M.Phil/ Ph.D in library science/ information science/ documentation/ archives and manuscript-keeping



    Executive Engineer (10000-325-13900) (On deputation)

    Recognized degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum experience of 10 years against a post not below the rank of Assistant Engineer.

    The candidate should have minimum of 65% marks in B.E. or equivalent in the required specialisation. However, preference should be given to a post-graduate in structural engineering or building construction.



    Librarian (8000-275-13500)- College of Education 

    i)    Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science Documentation or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade plus a consistently good academic record.
     ii)     Qualifying the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the University Grant Commission.



    Personal Assistant

    Graduate with five years experience as Stenographer.



    Science Mistress, Sr. Sec. School 5500-9000

    i)  B.Sc. with B.Ed. from a recognized university; with any of the following two subjects in B.Sc.
    (1.)  Physics (2.) Chemistry (3.) Botany (4.) Zoology
    ii)  B.Sc. Education (4 years course) from a recognized University with any of the following two subject:-

    iii)     Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard.





    Sr. Scale Stenographer  

    i)  1st Class Graduate with 100 words per minutes speed in English Shorthand and ability to transcript the same at the speed of 20 words per minute or Hindi Shorthand at 80 words per minute and transcription thereof at 15 words per minute up to 4% mistakes .
    ii)   Knowledge of Computer Candidates required to qualify the test at the speed of 8000 depressions per hour in M.S. Word.
    iii)  One year experience as Junior Scale Stenographer.    




    i)          At least 2nd Class Master Degree in   Social Sciences/ Humanities/ English.
    ii)   Proficiency in use of computers.
    iii) Excellent written and analytical skills.
    iv) Two years work experience.

    10(SC-3,BCA-2, BCB-1 ESM-2,Gen-2)



    B.A./B.Sc./ B.Com. with experience of commercial accounts, preferably in some Govt./Semi-Govt. Institution.



    Transport Supervisor

    Graduate with 10 years’ Supervisory experience in an administrative capacity in the line/field of transport.



    Technical Assistant

    B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics or Diploma or Three years course in Electronics from a recognised Institution with experience of maintenance and repairs of electronic equipment by him /her at least 2years in teaching research institution. 
    Desirable: Should be able to handle/maintain and repair the electronics equipments personally.



    Junior Engineer (civil /Elect.)

    He must have passed 3 years National Certificate Course in (Electrical) Engineering from recognised polytechnic/ Institution.

Filled application forms along with a Bank Draft of Rs.250/- for General Category and Rs. 70/- for SC/ST candidates in favour of Registrar, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan, payable at Khanpur Kalan, should reach the Office of the Registrar latest by 16th January 2009.  The University reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interview on the basis of objective criteria.

                                        GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

     1.         The candidates who are already in Govt./ Corporation or Autonomous Bodies Service should apply through proper channel. They may send an advance copy to avoid delay but the application through proper channel should reach before the due date or they should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview, otherwise they will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

    2.         Submission of incomplete application i.e. without attested copies of testimonials/ academic career/experience certificate prescribed fee may render the candidate ineligible.

    3.         The number of posts is liable to increase or decrease either way, including complete withdrawal, without assigning any reason.

    4.         Qualification can be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.

    5.         The abbreviation G.C. stands for General Category, S.C. for Scheduled Caste, BC for Backward Class ESM for Ex-Serviceman and P.H.C. for physically handicapped.

    6.         Passport size photograph duly attested shall be affixed on the application form.

    7.         The reserved post will be filled up as per latest Haryana Govt. instruction.

    8.         If applications for any advertised posts are received in large numbers, the appointing authority can hold a written test for short listing the candidates for interview or on the basis of rational criteria. The decision of the appointing authority in all matters including suitability of the candidates, mode and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

    9.         The eligibility of the candidates i.e. qualification, experience and age will be considered upto the date of applications i.e.________.

    10.       Candidates will have to undergo trade test/ written test/ typing on Computer Stenography test etc. as applicable and decided by the competent authority wherever applicable.

    11.       No TA/DA for attending the interview etc. will be paid.

    13.       Candidates must write (Application for the post of “………………”) on the top of envelop in which the application is being submitted.

    14.       The bank drafts of Rs. 250/-(Rs. 70/- for SC/ST Candidates) as application fee for all the posts in favour of Registrar, BPSMV Khanpur Kalan (Sonipat) payable at Punjab National Bank, Khanpur Kalan (Sonipat).

    15.       The last date of receipt of applications in the office of Registrar, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan-  131305 is…………….. upto 5:00 P.M. In case, due to any circumstances,………… is declared a holiday, the application shall be received by 5:00 PM on the next working day. Applications received after this date shall be summarily rejected and returned.
