Department of ECE

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was established in the year 2008. It offers quality teaching in various subjects pertaining to Electronics and Communication Engineering as per model curriculum of AICTE. The department is equipped with state of art laboratories such as Electronic Device and Circuit, Digital Circuit and System, Linear Integrated Circuit, Microprocessor, Communication and Advanced Communication Engineering, Circuit Simulation, Digital Signal Processing, Data Acquisition, Virtual Simulation Environment. The department is equipped with various simulation tools such MATLAB, Simulink, Multisim and free open source Environment Scilab, Octave etc. Rigorous hands on training are offered to students through these laboratories. The department is committed for overall development of students and organized various customized in-house programmes, training and placement activities, cultural and sports programmes under the aegis of students ELECOM society. The department has a rich alumini base with students working in diverse domains and other reputed companies through on campus/off campus placements. The students have access to well equipped library as well as subscription to journals/e-journals in the concerned field.
