Achievements

Hospital

  1. Camping schedule duly forwarded by a camping committee is successfully running in the hospital and neighboring villages (Kasandi, Khanpur, Shamdi, Gohana, Kakana, Kailana, Gannaur etc.) to provide an impetus to general awareness in the surrounding area.

  2. A fully functioning Pathology laboratory versed with various latest diagnostic facilities is serving the hospital and ELISA Reader as a latest addendum.

  3. Our recently launched Audiometric unit and Endoscopic clinic is quickly gaining popularity in the ambient villages.

  4. Our able surgical faculty is regularly carrying out major surgical procedures i.e. Laprotomy, Cholecystectomy, Hysterectomy, Appendicectomy etc.

  5. Department of Gynecology & Obstetrics is providing hygienic, safe and cost effective delivery facilities (Normal & Caesarean section both) which is helping particularly under privileged section & an Infertility clinic providing medical and psychological assistance to married couples.

  6. Introduction of Phototherapy unit and latest Incubator is a distinguished addition in recently developed Neonatal unit particularly supportive in pre-mature births.

  7. Department of Panchkarma is a well furnished part of institute, capable of treating various chronic diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Paralysis, Cervical disorders & various neuromuscular diseases. Physiotherapy section under the same department is also a popular unit among the locality.

Academic activities

  1. The integrated professional system comprising 18 months is ramified into three academic sections with internal assessment as per directions of B.O.S. This fragmentation will help in regular evaluation of study status and to mitigate the problem encountered in these sections by the students thereafter.

  2. LCD, OHP and Power Point facilities with Broad band internet services are made available for students and the results are palpable with each presentation.

  3. Library timings has already been extended to impart and encourage self study among the students and the number of books is also to be increased as the list of various academic and reference books is already extended to higher authorities.

  4. Students of M.S.M. Institute of Ayurveda are constantly featuring in M.D. University toppers. The academic past speaks volumes for the performances of the students.

  5. Each student of the institution has been engaged to follow up a specific seminar schedule duly formatted by seminar committee.

  6. As per MOU the Students of Catherine University visited M.S.M. Institute of Ayurveda in 2011 for orientation program of Ayurveda and they are also committed to come regularly.

  7. As per MOU the Students of Catherine University visited M.S.M. Institute of Ayurveda on 16th Jan. 2013 for orientation program of Ayurveda and they are also committed to come regularly.

  8. The students of South Korea also visited M.S.M. Institute of Ayurveda on 30th Jan. 2013 for orientation program on Ayurveda and they are also committed to come regularly.

Students Achievements:

  1. Dr. Swati, Intern; received Outstanding Achievement Award for being a multi-talented personality; awarded by N.C. & S.D. Group of Institutes, Israna (Panipat) and Gohana Study Group.

  2. A group of 24 students participated in the National Outreach Conference organized by Indian Council of World Affairs on the topic “Global Nuclear Disarmanent” on 21st August 2012.

  3. Dr. Swati, Intern; participated in the Debate Competition organized by Indian Council of World Affairs on the topic “Global Nuclear Disarmanent” on 16th August 2012 at IIC (India International Centre), New Delhi.

  4. Dr. Sonam, Intern; participated in the ‘Dance ka Mahasangram’, Haryana’s first reality Dance Show & got selected for Finale Round.

  5. Dr. Viveka, Intern; participated in the Pre-RD (Republic Day) Camp at Ropar.

  6. Kusum, a student of IInd prof. organized Children Science Congress in collaboration with Haryana Gyan Vijnan Samiti at Rohtak.

  7. A group of 9 students participated in the 3rd International Film Festival at Yamuna Nagar.

  8. A group of approximately 20 students participated in the Arogya Mela at Rohtak.

  9. Swati, a student of IInd Prof. received Alma National IT Excellence Award, 2009 (Ist in All India Scholarship Test), awarded by ALMA-AIITA.
