Access to Books !
The University Libraries shall follow an “Open Access System” with some exception. The Members shall have the privilege of free access to the Stack Areas. However, they will not have free access to those categories of books, whose use has been restricted due to their special nature. Such collections comprise of thesis, rare books/ out-of-print books, softcopies and other categories decided by the University Librarian from time to time. Books from these collections shall be allowed to be consulted only through special requisition.

BPS Women University Digital Library provides access to :
Knimbus access has been successfully set up for all Institutes under UGC-INFONET Consortium as a complimentary annual subscription. All researchers of the BPS Women University will now be able to find and share information in a new, smarter way. Knimbus presents a single search window to content from multiple sources, ensuring optimum usage of all subscribed resources.

The researchers may browse through the User Guide, sign up and create personal email access so that all the features are available to them. The Knimbus implementation for the BPS Women University is being done in two phases. In the first phase, 28 data sources have been activated and in the second phase, the remaining 14 data sources will be activated.
